2. - How to use the tbl editor (by modchamp)
HOW TO USE THE TBL EDITORS
The blue tbl editor (dig_lam's) can only be used to edit the tbl files and you
cannot add new rows or delete any rows or columns. With it you open up a tbl
file and then when you click save it will save the file as a .tbl.new file in
the same folder as where the tbl file was. So go to that folder rename the original
to something else and then rename the new file from .tbl.new to .tbl
The other exe's are a bundled package (silicon_shadow's). To use this tbl editor
first copy and paste the tbl file you wish to edit then drag that file of either
tbl_enc_dec.exe or the tbl_encode_alt.exe (sometimes you might have to do this
more than once and sometimes playing around with the files like this can corrupt
them) Then once it's decrypted drag it over the tblEditor.exe and that will
open up the tbl file and then you can edit the tbl file and then when you save
it'll save it straight as a .tbl file. Also you can use this to export as a
sql file which is very useful for adding stuff into a database, so you dont
have to enter the same info again
