I have been updating a leaked source to work with newer versions. Here is UIE - the User Interface Editor. It has full support for 1299 files. It can read and write 1299. Version 1299 is referred to as version 1. It will read most 1453 files. It will not write 1453 files. Version 1453 is referred to as version 2. I translated the interface to English. If enough people ask, I will add Chinese and any other language requested. I will also add full 1453 support if people ask, but only if the new data in 1299 is fully documented.

Version 1 added only one major thing.
The "String" elements have a new field I called "Flag".
This field is an integer in the file. The values I have seen range from 0 to 8.
It could possibly be a bit-field.

If someone can figure out what the values for that field mean, I will gladly update the editor to version 1453.
I would do this work myself, but my time is better spent on updating the other programs. For example, I can already make completely custom maps that work for both the server and the client. I wish to finish my work on the "Map Editor" before I release it however.

Anything it can read properly it can write properly as well. 1453+ support is still only partial. none of the 1453 flags are presented for editing yet.

1310是假2.0的話  我昨天測試編輯1310的uif 但編輯完再重開檔案就會出現讀取錯誤....

What does the version say for the file? (Edit:Version)
Version 2 does not have write support. I am working on version 2.
1310 and 1299 should be version 1.
I opened, saved, and reopened ka_skilltree from USKO 1299, 1453, 1506 and MYKO 1309 successfully with the version in this post. I plan on releasing a new version very soon. The "Flag" for version 1 UIStrings is the between line padding in pixels.

I'm trying to finish full 1453 support before I release the next version.

If you want, send me the file you are having issues with and I will figure out why you are having issues with it.
